Newly renovated residence rooms at Mount Allison University will be available for all conference attendees. The residences are centrally located, and are within a 5 minute walk from all meeting rooms, downtown Sackville, and walking trails in Waterfowl Park. They are also located directly beside the meal hall, where you can sign up for a daily meal plan.
Other accommodation options in Sackville are limited, so we strongly recommend that you consider staying in the residence.

Room Types and Costs per Room/night (including tax)
Single Ensuite*- $62.10 CAD
Single Private Ensuite - $71.30 CAD
Double Ensuite - $94.30 CAD
*Shared Bathroom with one other room
Note: Some of the Double Ensuites are bunk beds.
Full refunds will be issued for rooms cancelled 72-hours before check-in. For room cancellations received after the cancellation deadline, a one night charge will be applied. To cancel your room or any other inquiry, please email reservations@mta.ca.
Daily Meal Plan Cost: $48.49 CAD
Cost per day: Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner
Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated
Closing Banquet: Friday, August 16: $45.25 CAD

To book multiple rooms and meals, or meals from rooms separately, follow the steps below:
You will need to make separate reservations for each room and meal. After completing or exiting a transaction, you won't be able to make any changes or additions, so ensure each reservation is accurate before finalizing.
To start a new transaction for each room you want to book, go to the reservation page, locate your name at the top right corner, and click 'Log out'. This will clear your personal information and allow you to begin a fresh reservation.
Enter the personal details for each room and meal booking. When prompted with a pop-up asking to 'Leave' , click on it to proceed to the next page (despite not being intuitive).
After paying for the first room and meals, return to the registration page, log out again, and repeat the process to enter your second reservation.
